De Spijkvijver is a beautiful location for relaxing, recreation and swimming during the swimming season in a wooded area. De Spijkvijver is located in the middle of the Spijkbos in Flevoland, near the Veluwemeer and Walibi-Flevo. The swimming beaches are suitable for young and old. The Spijkvijver is the only officially designated inland swimming location in Eastern Flevoland. The water quality is regularly checked by the Zuiderzeeland Water Board during the swimming season.
