For me the only sensible option to drive along the lake. On the other hand, there is a hiking trail, but it is explicitly closed to bikes and that makes sense, as there are a lot of pedestrians!
And on the street side you always have beautiful views of the Glärnisch side!translated by

Unfortunately, there is a driving ban on the other side and therefore only the road is free for us bikers, but the view of the beautiful lake and the Glärnisch massif make it more bearable again 😊
