It is important to pack plenty of drinks and swimwear😄 The entire lap can be completed in 7 hours by bathing. If you don't want to walk the whole distance, you can take a taxi from the parking lot below for about 50 € to Los Brichos (I prefer to walk there😉) and get down to Barranco. It is advisable to pack a towel, if the water is too high, you have to walk through the water from time to time.
