I'm here today. It's simply great. It's not exactly cheap (300 seconds), but there's a free washer/dryer (no detergent included), and there's no extra cost for using the shower. Good food, clean restrooms, a kitchen with a stove, oven, and microwave, free electrical outlets, and a table and chairs for eating outside in the warmth.
