Tips
The village church of Bringhausen, built in 1726, was moved here before the flooding of the Edertalsperre in 1914 with numerous half-timbered houses from the old village. The furnishings with pews, organ loft, altar and pulpit also come from the old church, the original location of which is hidden deep in the water of the lake.
