This visit is definitely worth it. You can walk through this fortress completely. But you have to be careful not to crash. The view from up here is breathtaking. The ascent alone is adventurous through narrow streets past houses and gardens.

A short walk will take you to the fortress from the old town. From the inner courtyard overgrown with dense vegetation, after the entrance, you reach a section of the wall to the right, from where you have a wonderful view of the port of Kassiopi and the whole bay.
