I rode the Glan Blies cycle path from Staudernheim to Altenglan. It's a really pleasant route: well developed, relatively well signposted, almost no gradients, many pretty villages and always nice landscapes along fields and meadows. You can see a bit of the Glan-Blies cycle path in the video between 3:03-13:20 & 19:15-23:48
