Hiking
The former Seewiese Inn is a popular hiking destination in the Föhrenberge Nature Park in Kaltenleutgeben, Mödling district. It was originally built in 1900 and offered shelter and rest for hikers and day-trippers. Unfortunately, it has been vacant for more than three years and is rapidly deteriorating. It is currently listed for sale, but its designation as a mountain refuge makes it difficult to repurpose. The municipality of Kaltenleutgeben does not want to allow any other designation and hopes that a new operator can be found to revitalize the inn.

Hiking
The inn has been closed for several years due to extensive structural damage, which, according to the tenant, was concealed by the previous owner. A reopening is not in sight. The building stands empty and is increasingly deteriorating.
