"Prometeusz Rozstrzelany" is a memorial to the victims of fascism by the Zakopan artist Władysław Hasior. It was erected to commemorate the death of twenty Poles by the Nazis on May 30, 1944.

The 6 m high sculpture from 1964 is one of the most famous monuments to Władysław Hasior in Poland. It is located in the Alley of Tatra Leaders, near the cable car lower station.
The sculpture is intended to commemorate 20 Polish partisans shot by the Germans on May 30, 1944 in Wielka Polana Kuźnicka.

The body of the monument, carved in granite, bears an abstract, dramatically torn metal form nailed with arrows - a headless human body breathing a torn hole. The elements that complement the presentation are the elements of nature (so characteristic of the artist's work) - a water spring flowing directly from the monument body and a flame of fire (rarely used).
