This house was once used as a restaurant, is now unfortunately the decay revealed. Too bad, because it is still nice to look at.

The hotel was built around 1900. In part, the building was built in half-timbered construction. The architectural style is historicizing. Upstairs there is a visible framework. North of the on the ground floor furnished restaurant is followed by a hall construction. Next to the main house is a small house for employees.
In the time of the GDR the house was operated as a restaurant. In 1993, the Oschersleben district sold the building for a symbolic price of a D-Mark to a businessman from Genthin. He invested in the restaurant and continued to operate it. He then sold the house to a Dutchman, but against whom a foreclosure proceeding existed in 2003. Ultimately, the Osnabrück restaurateur Siegfried Urmoneit acquired the restaurant at a compulsory auction in early 2008.
