Of course, the capital of Upper Austria is worth seeing, but the bike path through the city is a challenge to all racing cyclists, as it consists of coarse cobblestones and tram rails. However, it is worthwhile to take the Römerstraße (driveway at the Landestheater) to drive up the Freinberg and from there to enjoy the view over the city. If you have time and still enough grains, you can drive to the Pöstlingsberg (approx. 4.5 km and 250 m ascent from the main square) and enjoy the tremendous view of the Danube basin and Linz's industry.
