This station reminds of the bad times of the 2nd World War when in the end no one was anywhere safe. It was particularly difficult for Traud, as she was mostly homeless during this time and had to look for her bed in the forest.
Today we experience a lively and beautiful forest and can hardly believe how it must have been back then.

Hiking

The 4th station near the Grüner Weiher reminds of the time of the Second World War, of the destruction of Kelberg by bombs on December 27th, 1944 and January 16th, 1945. During the devastating bomb attack in January alone, 200-300 bombs destroyed two thirds of the village, 17 civilians and even more soldiers lost their lives.
