Very nice hut on a great circular hiking trail about 1.5 km from Kreuzberg. Sufficient seats outside and inside with a fantastic view of the Rhön mountains. Good and inexpensive food and drinks, etc. a. also the famous Kreuzberg beer. A few places to stay overnight are also available.

The Gemündener Hütte is a wonderful alternative to the Kreuzberg inn. On nice days there is no getting through on Kreuzberg. You can then enjoy your Kreuzberg beer stress-free at the Gemündener Hütte.

Not far from the Kreuzberg parking lot, great coffee and homemade cakes, Kreuzberg monastery overcrowded, that was a great alternative, also inexpensive food for small and large hunger.

Great variety of food. Cozy hut with wood stove and terrace with heating stoves. Friday and Saturday are days of rest here, however.

In addition to the top location, the Gemündener Hütte offers a great range of food and drinks. The organization is unexcited and really great.

Great hut, which you almost inevitably pass :D. Today there was live music, which means that the hut was well attended. You hardly got a place to sit.

Eat awful, burnt fried potatoes, not just on my plate. Schnitzel 2-finger thick and out of the deep fryer. No sauce, salad without dressing. But the view is very nice.
