De Cam is a member of the Horal
Geuzestekerij De Cam is a blender and buys lambic beers from other lambic breweries.
The beer matures in 100-year-old oak barrels and is bottled as lambic or mixed into gueuze that is refermented in the bottle.
De Cam is located in a building that was already known in 1515 as “des Heeres Landcamme”, or “Cam” which means brewery in Old Dutch.
