Hiking

was built in 1708 under Pastor Wiedemann and is one of the oldest houses in Braunlage. Architecturally important is the projecting upper floor and the hipped roof. From 1904 to 1908 a redesign of the house and the grounds took place. The old bell tower and the stable building were later demolished and the parish pond was filled. In the vicarage, large and bright rooms have been created from many small and dark rooms. From 1968 there was a technical modernization. In addition, the new meetinghouse was built in 1969.
