In 2019, a total of seven life-size figures were installed in the Erlenbach vineyards on the most beautiful part of the red wine hiking trail, illustrating the work of the winegrowers in the vineyard. The figures were designed by Erlenbach graphic artist Werner Hillerich. The material of the figures - 20 mm thick ship steel - was manufactured by the local shipyard using CNC-controlled welding torches. Over the years, the figures will develop their very own patina.
