Hiking
Especially in the evenings, this tower offers one of the most beautiful views of Kobe. The entrance was also quite cheap, so the tower is definitely worth a visit. As a photographer, it should be mentioned that the upper floor is kept quite dark and thus there are hardly any reflections.
