Feensteig Trail, Hainich National Park

The Feensteig is an approx. 3 km long hiking trail that is easy to walk on. There are several stations along the path that explain the fairy tale world, mostly of the Brothers Grimm, and are vividly represented by buildings or natural conditions. Especially recommended for children, but also for adults who would like to go back to childhood.

The Feensteig in the Hainich National Park has a fairytale offer for young and old. On the Feensteig, a fairytale nature trail, you can experience nature from the perspective of a fairytale hero in a very unique way.

Hiking parking lot and start of the Feensteig, into the world of fairy tales and enchanted forests. A great experience for young and old when you get involved with the panels and disappear into nature and the world of legends.
