Mitterbach train station - this is one of the many stops along the Mariazellerbahn.
The train station is a perfect starting point for numerous hikes in the Ötscher Tormäuer Nature Park (for example to the Gemeindealpe approx. 8 minutes walk to the valley station of the chairlift, approx. 15 minutes to the forklift house entrance Ötschergräben)
The public journey with the Mariazellerbahn is comfortable and always worth the trip.June 8, 2021
