The stretch along the ditch of the Acqua Traversa from Via Cassia to the small bridge is becoming a cycle path being a variant of the Francigena to enter Rome and reach San Pietro using the Monte Mario-Monte Ciocci cycle path. The reported brambles should no longer be a problem since I passed through them at the beginning of March when they were still working on them and the path has become wide and the surface should be compact. Also from Monte Ciocci to the San Pietro station the work is almost finished and it should open in the spring. It will pass over the old railway bridge
This indicated path inside the Insugherata is all easily passable even on gravel; at the end, as soon as the asphalt begins at Monte Mario, there is a nice climb about a hundred meters long.
