The Resvatnet is a quiet alternative or complement to the busy Preikestolen. The West coast path is easy and offer nice view overlooking view on the lake. The full tour is circle around the lake is possible, with some steeper sections.

The entire tour around the lake takes about 3 hours.
Unfortunately, in my opinion, it's not worth it at all. The lake is rarely clearly visible from the path. Most of the time, you just trudge through mud and forest.
