In the parador de la Peña Oroel there is a fresh water fountain, an area with picnic areas under trees and a very complete panoramic view of Jaca with the Pyrenees in the background.

Currently the restaurant is closed, but some summers it opens and serves typical food from the Aragonese Pyrenees, mainly migas.

On good weather days, it is common to see many families having picnics in the area, as there is a children's playground next to the picnic areas.
