The hamlet of Haag, which belongs to the Wiesenttal municipality in the Forchheim district, is well worth a visit. The farmhouse with a gable roof and half-timbered gable dates from the 19th century. The beautiful fountain and an old bakery are also worth seeing. From Haag you also have a beautiful view of the Wiesent and the historic railway line from Ebermannstadt to Behringersmühle. The railway line is occasionally used by steam or diesel locomotives. A little below Haag you can see the Neideck castle ruins.
