Park costs admission, but is well maintained. It's worth it

The Zingaro nature reserve (no national park!) Is officially entered at the two entrances at the northern and southern ends. During the official opening hours an entrance fee is due. You always come out.

A charming path snakes slightly above the coast through steppe vegetation and low palm bushes, again and again with wonderful views of the magnificent landscape. When it blooms a botanical paradise. Unfortunately, there are contemporaries who evidently feel aggression against too much nature and tear down plants even in a nature reserve. Of course, Komootians do not do that kind of thing.

At various points one can follow small paths and descend to the rocky bays with crystal clear water, e.g. to Cala della Disa, wonderful resting place. But that goes without saying: Take only pictures, leave only footprints!
