Hiking
On hot summer days very populated, as from Kandersteg a gondola goes up. Starting point for high alpine tours, which are really something for sure-footed and height-anxious hikers something. In contrast, there are easier circular walks, which are just busy. Therefore rather low season - if you do not want to swim.
