If you go back around the bottom of the Monto Cooca, you go over narrow, steep paths directly along the mountain. Here you should be sure-footed, but then you can discover a spectacular path.

I would recommend this route more uphill. Great path, but steep and sometimes slippery in spring because there are still many leaves and needles covering the stones and roots.

The route is very steep but also very beautiful. If you climb Monte Cocca from Pieve de Legro, I would recommend the route as an ascent rather than a descent.
