Urspringen is characterized by the watercourse of the Bahra, whose source is located in the middle of the village. The strong spring creates a powerful stream, which also takes on the function of a mill ditch, because on the north-eastern edge of the village there is an impressive watermill complex with a clearly visible water wheel.
