Recker Moor Observation Towers

Small round tour between the two bird towers over the path along the moor, to the starting point of the tour then over the asphalt farm road "Moorweg" along the wet meadows back to the refuge. Overall not very long, but it is enough to get an overview of the protected moor landscape with the wonderful wet meadows in spring. Not really for a quick "inspection", but better take some time to watch the noisy curlews, geese and numerous stonechats. We were out with binoculars for two hours, stopping at and on top of the towers. komoot then reduced the pure travel time to 1/2 hour of pure travel time.

The Recker Moor is also highly recommended in winter!

The moor path between the towers is pleasantly soft and springy underfoot.
