Got to be one of the most popular Strava segments. Quite and relaxed roads during the day. Or go early in the morning (roughly 5am to 7am) and race with all the other roadies who are often out in force. Park gates are closed to vehicles until 7am, so the road is empty

Opening times differ, but generally open by 6am. Great stretch to get into Zone 2 (or above). Only two traffic lights on the whole circle and only one 90 degree turn. Police do patrol to catch the red-light jumpers. Almost a flat loop.
