The "Aubachtal at Langenaubach" extends along the eponymous Aubaches between the places Langenaubach and Rabenscheid. The natural Bachauen system includes a well-developed alluvial forest of bird cherry ash stands with rare species.

South of Langenaubach, the Aubach is crossed by a three-arched bridge from 1915. In the immediate vicinity of the bridgehead you stand in front of the portal of the Rabenscheider tunnel.
There is so much to see and discover in the area .... Worth it in every season ...

For a rest and possibly water treading always recommended. Possibly. another trip to the railway tunnel above. Who also hides some secrets.
