From the (by the way nicely made) rest area at the Ziegeleikanal, the straight north paths typically go straight ahead. There used to be a lot of bog to the left and right of the path. Today only the peat-rich soil and the water that collects in the freshly plowed furrows remind of this. Nevertheless: the lapwing can still be found here. And really beautiful flower meadows!
