Hiking
The Mill was built in 1816 and produced flour until 1934 (but then working on a gas engine). After the war it was decided to conserve the mill, it was restored in 1964. New sails were fitted and a new machine installed.
The mill is Lomndon's last working mill, used by volunteer millers to produce Brixton Windmill flour.
