From Wikipedia:
Walhalla is a garden temple designed as a small prostylos with an open cella. The temple, which was probably originally made of wood, has partially shingled outer walls and columns made of artificial stone. According to the inscription on the front, the name Walhalla refers to the former Celtic refuge: "The old castle was destroyed here, the refuge of the Germanic tribes. 'Walhalla' now belongs to the heroes, the resting place of our ancestors."
