The sanctuary of the Madonna della Rocca, located on a hill at 349 meters above sea level, offers an exceptional panoramic view.
Originally a fortress known as Rocca di Cornuda, it has become a place of centuries-old pilgrimage thanks to a miraculous image of the Madonna. The church, donated to the parish of Cornuda in 1247, has gone through various phases, from a male hermitage to a nunnery. Despite periods of indiscipline, the shrine has retained its importance, with an annual procession from the surrounding parishes. After the dispersal of the post-War community of the League of Cambrai, the sanctuary was entrusted to a priest and continued to be a place of devotion.
