The Gallo-Roman site of Champlieu is located on the Roman road or Chaussée Brunehaut. The site is in the town of Orrouy, about twenty kilometers from the towns of Senlis and Compiègne. It is a small ancient town which developed from the 1st century BC to the 4th century AD, the ruins of the monumental center of which can still be visited today: its temple measuring 22 m side, its theater with a capacity of more than 3000 places and its thermal baths.
