The Salmendinger chapel is a pilgrimage chapel dedicated to St. Anna at the Burladinger district Salmendingen in Zollernalbkreis. The chapel is located on the Kornbühl, a nearly 900 high Härtling of the Swabian Alb. The Salmendinger chapel is first mentioned in documents in 1507, when Peter Schweiher of Strassberg has publicly announced that his little boy has asked him for a donation for the "attachment to the kornbühel and he has asked the saint frouwen sant". Presumably, it was not about the construction of the chapel - it should be older. The Renaissance altar dates from the second half of the 17th century. On the summit with three crosses, which symbolize the Calvary, leads a in 1886 created Way of the Cross with 14 stations. In 1957 and 1974, the chapel was broken into and several valuable saints were stolen, including in 1957 the Madonna figure of Kornbühl, which stands on a crescent moon. After the second theft, all the originals were removed from the chapel and photographs were taken in their place. In 1983, the stolen Saint Wendelin reappeared in the art trade, from the other stolen pieces missing any trace.

On the top of the hill, the chapel and the crosses, as well as the figures offer a great view.

In good conditions, great views of the Alps.
