Tips
Although "Anstieg" means "climb" this segment is best ridden downhill, with good asphalt and several switchbacks alternating panoramas and trees. Beware the traffic at times and enjoy!

The direction from Vienna into the Weidlingbachtal is definitely better, because the road surface on the Vienna side is simply miserable in some places, which unfortunately spoils the fun of speeding downhill.
