Haselrast Pass Road

The Haselrast is located in the Lower Austrian Alps and connects the places Gutenstein (481 m) in the east and Rohr im Gebirge (683 m) in the west of the 782 m high transition. The narrow and winding road of the Haselrast, which leads a shadowy existence compared to the Rohrer Sattel, is absolutely recommended, as the Rohrer Sattel is very well developed and therefore takes up all motorized traffic. The view along the L4057 over the Haselrast is mostly limited and extends largely to the surrounding, wooded mountains.
