                The tower / city gate east of Königstrasse is called the Mittelohrturm.
                The last surviving city gate (ca. 1230) from the time the city was founded. It got its current appearance after a fire in 1753. The west side of the 32 meter high tower is decorated with a statue of St. Joseph by Stephan Luidl.
