Walzbach valley. The world has long been divided into degrees of longitude and latitude. One of these, the 49th parallel, runs through the district of Wössingen. The year 1949/1950 took this as an opportunity to erect a sculpture to mark the spot three years ago. Its tip is adorned with a globe made of stainless steel. This can also be viewed from the neighboring bench while lingering. Magical images are created here, especially at sunset.
