    The mound stands out on one of the highest hills in the area. The slopes are steep, about 20 m. height. The top pitch is oval-shaped, 45 m. width. The site and the upper part of the slopes contain the remains of a cultural layer: molded striated and rough pottery. It is assumed that there was a Lithuanian defensive point here. The mound has been plowed, and birch groves grow on the slope. From the high hill, a wonderful panorama opens up from all sides, the picturesque Mergiškiau hills. At its foot lies a large stone, possibly used in rituals. The mound is attributed to the II thousand. for the beginning.
