The way seems to be pretty trailig. Left and right a lot of grass or a piece of forest. And the gravel or sand in the ground is always looser or firmer.

At the moment (07/22) the path is partly quite sandy but highly recommended. Only the piece of access/exit of the motorway bridge is really quite rocky, so that you get shaken up quite a bit.
