Hiking
On the paths around the Schrofenmarterl and on the old spoil heaps in the area you can find pieces of pale ore with the secondary minerals azurite (blue) and malachite (green).

Hiking
We passed here on the way from Maurach to Fügen and thought there was a stamp for our Alpine booklet in the box. Is a square hole punch with which we punched our little booklet as proof of 'we were here'. The subsequent path was a lot of fun again. A very narrow path, not for hikers who are not afraid of heights. Here, surefootedness and concentration are required.
