Bad Klosterlausnitz is a woodland community with 3405 inhabitants (December 2019). There are three large spa clinics, many inns and accommodations in the village. The market with the town hall, Friedrichshof and maypole is well worth seeing. There are several small shops and a good bakery in the area. Other attractions are the spa gardens and the Kurmittelhaus, the monastery church, the swan pond and the Kristall-Therme. There is also a small cinema in the village, which is highly recommended.
