You can travel back to the days of the Hanseatic League with a visit to the cog shipyard and the ship De Kamper Kogge. In the shipyard you can see ships under construction as well as visit an exhibition room, history rooms and a unique boatman's café.

The Kamper Kogge is a replica of a merchant ship from the fourteenth century that is as authentic as possible. Volunteers from the Kamper Kogge Foundation are committed in all sorts of ways to keep the ship - the only sailing cog in the Netherlands - in service and thus contribute to the cultural history of the Hanseatic city of Kampen and the sailing heritage of the Netherlands.
