The Sint Lindertmolen was built in 1790 between Heel and Panheel as an open standard mill. In 1856, the corn mill was relocated to its current location on the edge of the Beegderheide.

"The mill was built somewhere after 1790 at Panheel as an open post mill. The base was therefore not walled and covered as it is now. In 1856 the mill was moved to the edge of the Beegderheide where it now stands. In 1928 the stone walls were installed and the roof is covered with asphalt paper. In 1965 the mill was decommissioned and ground using an electric hammer mill. The mill was restored in 1969, after which it was occasionally milled. In 1997 it was discovered that the pied rodent beetle had damaged the woodwork The municipality of Heel bought the mill and thoroughly restored it, after which it was reopened in 2000."
