Take the boat from Annecy by 'Circuit Omnibus' to Talloires (2018: 18, 80 € / person), get off at the pier and walk to the next pier in Angon. Again and again beautiful viewpoints overlooking the lake. Very natural paths. Sticks not necessary, but helpful.
