Tips
Schleifreisen is a woodland village with 421 inhabitants (Dec. 2019). It was first mentioned in a document in 1351. The village church of St. Jacobus (built in 1769), the village square with maypole and village community center which includes a hall, the volunteer fire brigade and the administration are well worth seeing. In addition, there is a beautiful playground with wooden elements in the village, as well as the species protection tower.
