The Horner Park is a six-hectare public park in the Horn district of Hamburg. Like many other parks in Hamburg, it goes back to an earlier private garden, the beginnings of which can be traced back to the 17th century.

In contrast to the neighboring Blohms Park, the Horner Park is not located on the Geesthang, but south of the Horner Landstrasse in the lower marshland. In the south and east it is bordered by Bergedorfer Straße (B 5) and the “Horner Rampe” street (Ring 2).

Since the end of the 18th century, the area has belonged to the Hamburg shipowner and merchant family Duncker, who had a representative country house built here by the architect Johann August Arens. Initially only used as a summer house, it was expanded into the family's permanent residence at the latest after the end of the French era. After several changes of ownership (including the banker Georg Heinrich Kaemmerer), the property came into the possession of the City of Hamburg in 1909, which initially wanted to designate it as building land and therefore had all the ancillary buildings demolished. However, after protests from local residents, this plan was dropped and the site was converted into a public park. The former country house itself was placed under a preservation order and used as a district office and police station. It was completely destroyed by bombs during World War II.

Today the park consists of extensive lawns flanked by trees, a children's playground with a playhouse, as well as barbecue and sports facilities.

Horner Park, a relatively large park hidden between busy streets west of the Horner Rampe, is characterized by wide lawns and mature trees. In addition to some exercise offers such as a toboggan slope, football pitch and boules pitch, it offers plenty of space for relaxation and nature experiences. The park opens up the opportunity to combine relaxation, nature and aesthetics and to invite city dwellers to experience and appreciate urban nature up close. The planners of "Spot ON Hamm Horn" have summarized ideas for this in a sketch. We started with a first measure in March 2017. Together with the local playhouse and with the financial and personal support of the Hamburg-Mitte district office, a planting campaign was carried out to bring the children from the playhouse closer to nature and to promote their experience of nature. They could sow and plant in specially built raised beds, and the care and harvest are also taken care of by the playhouse and the children.
