Tips
The current village has two inhabitants and four houses, some of them partially decayed. Two houses are also on the Bavarian monument list, namely the resulting in the 18th century mansion and built in 1802 Forsthaus. In earlier times Tanzenhaid was the official residence of various noble lords, including the Archdiocese of Bamberg and the Prussian Margrave of Bayreuth.
